Matt & Kelsey Chapdelaine are Co-Founders of Theorem Performance & Lifestyle.

Matt Chapdelaine is a former professional football player, with an academic background in psychology, and certifications in personal training, sports nutrition & strength and conditioning. He is a published author and inspirational speaker in addition to his role training amateur, professional and international athletes.

Kelsey Chapdelaine is a former multi-year veteran of the Canadian National Basketball team, and former a full-ride scholarship athlete in the NCAA division 1. She is an accomplished scholar, having earned a double major, and is well tenured in the business world holding a CPA designation. In addition to her other accomplishments Kelsey is passionate about performance and nutrition and holds a diploma in nutrition and sports nutrition, and is also Schwynn Cycle certified.
